Unlocking Your
Natural Talents
Wherever you look, you can see people and companies under performing because they fail to utilise the natural talents at their disposal.
Frances Broman is a career coach and consultant on a mission to unlock those talents. She helps individuals to explore their potential and inspires and empowers them to expand their world. She trains companies to recognize value and nurture their employees and so retain them in the long-term.
Frances is very fortunate to have an international background, living and working in a variety of countries including the USA, France and now Sweden. It has taught her the importance of maintaining contacts and connections with people worldwide. But more especially she knows how vital it is to be open to new experiences and always willing to go that bit further to reach your full potential.
That’s how she became the first woman to attend the International Senior Management Program at Harvard Business School. And that’s why after a successful career in marketing and management to board level, she became a Certified Career Coach and founded Sweden’s first private career management company in 1992
Since then she has coached thousands of people, working with them to find their unique potential and inspiring them to find greater satisfaction from their work and life. She also provides career management consultancy to a wide range of companies addressing the specific problems of how to develop employee potential and ensure that they retain the talented individuals needed for commercial success.
Today, she is looking forward to offering those services to individuals and companies throughout Europe.
