360Reach–Org provides a cost-effective way for organizations to solicit brand perceptions among various constituencies. Understanding your organization’s brand is critical to success, yet branding studies are typically very costly and difficult to implement. So we developed 360Reach–Org to provide an easy, cost-effective way for your organization to obtain valuable feedback.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Choose Your Package:
Monthly – 30 days with 75 requests for feedback*
Quarterly – 90 days with 250 requests for feedback*
Annual – 365 days with 7500 requests for feedback*

Step 2: Customize Your Survey:
This step allows you to build a survey specific to your feedback objectives. After you order your package (step 1 above) you will receive an administrator’s password allowing you to customize your survey.

Step 3: Follow the Steps from the Main Menu:
Once you customize your feedback form, you can follow all the steps from the main menu to upload email addresses of people from whom you would like feedback, request feedback and review the data you receive.

*Please clean your list before uploading emails into the system. Your request limit is based on the number of emails you enter into the system, not the number of responses you receive.
