Samantha Collins is a coach, but not just any coach. She is highly focused on forging new paths for senior executives to learn, grow and succeed in all aspects of their lives. She founded Aspire, her first coaching business, with a focus on senior women executives. She chose this target market because she had seen first-hand what it is like to believe you have limited control or resources to resolve life's challenges - having been there herself and seeing other women in careers that bore, frustrate and restrict their skills and talents. She also acknowledges the small percentage of women in leadership positions within organizations, the often limited opportunities to network with like minded business women, the trend in women owned businesses and the unique balancing act that women perform among career, family, health and finances. This is Samantha’s passion.
She quickly grew Aspire and began bringing other like-minded coaches into her practice to support client demand. As her business quickly grew, her delighted clients started to refer their male colleagues. Samantha realized that she needed to develop an offering for very senior level executives who needed an even higher level of service. With that, she launched samanthacollins.com.
Her new business provides unmatched client support that is focused on the needs of Managing Directors and other very senior level executives. She began a focused campaign to become known to this new target audience. “There is a reason they say it is lonely at the top. These clients are under tremendous pressure and need input from outside the organization to help them be successful in all aspects of their lives.” Samantha says. She truly understands this group. “Time is incredibly valuable to them. If they need for us to meet in a lounge at Heathrow or in a taxi in between meetings, that is when we do our coaching” Samantha added. This is also why Samantha opened an office right in the middle of the city – to be accessible to her clients.
Samantha has traveled the globe in her training business and she combines this experience with her own education - a Degree in Business, a Masters in Training and Human Resource Development and training with the Coach Training Institute - to support executives in their quest to succeed in all areas of life. She is also pursuing a PhD in her spare time. Her global business experience and passion for the issues facing senior business leaders makes Samantha the ideal coach for these executives.
