We are living in an incredible time. The world is becoming a much smaller place, companies are more and more becoming multinational and we are working with colleagues from all over the globe. This makes our lives as knowledge workers much more challenging, interesting and rewarding. It also make our lives exponentially more complicated, especially when it comes to delivering effective, impassioned presentations.
We can no longer be sure that all the members of the audience will relate to the same joke, anecdote or story. We are often delivering presentations in a language that it not our mother tongue and we aren't sure of how proficient our audience is in the language in which we are speaking. For better of worse, the most common language in Business today is English but the proficiency levels of our colleagues varies.
And so, with the increasing need to deliver presentations to the global village, how do we ensure we are being effective without offending or confusing our audience?
We work with you on three areas: Knowing your audience, knowing your venue and knowing yourself.
By looking at these areas within the context of an international audience, we ensure that you deliver powerful performances that are appropriately received by your audience.
